I don't know if you have this recipe, but I posted a link on my blog for the recipes of the Christmas candy I made... so I'm putting it on here anyway. haha
*Ingredients
2 cups Butter
2 cups Sugar
Melted Chocolate
Chopped almonds
Combine butter and Sugar in a medium sauce pan on Med to Med-High heat. Stirring CONSTANTLY. When it starts to boil turn the heat down to Med-low and keep stirring. The mixture will separate for a while and as soon as the butter absorbs back in and the mixture is a light golden brown, pour onto a large baking sheet. Immediately pour melted chocolate ontop and follow with chopped almonds.
This recipe is tricky!! So if you mess up the first time, dont feel bad!
